There has to be someone out there who knows how to get these for themselves without asking other people as people are very self conscious for giving other people the email and password for xbox as we do not know the person etc.

I as myself I have revolut which is good for my self being but i believe out there in the world of internet there is a Japanese online card where you can use for buying Z rated Games.

If someone has any insight and does not need to ask a discord group or a japanese man then please DM me

Not sure why you assume there is an easy way to bypass Japanese law. The storefront is for the Japanese market and they have adequate methods for verifying age for that market. It's not some flaw and is working as intended if you can't get around it without proving that you are an adult via a Japanese credit card.

im not saying there is an easy way to bypass jap law. i just dont think other users who are not from Japan should be able to get some kind of card for verification apart from asking somone

Microsoft changed things on the back end.

I've been using my bank card from the US since the 360 to buy whatever I want from Japan.

This stopped around the time the RE Village DLC dropped. Suddenly my card doesn't work in Japan anymore.

It's not simple to buy what you want anymore unfortunately
