Hi,
I was reading through the No Tracking Policy and investigations as a whole
Profiles found to contain 10 or more cheated games will be removed from our scanners.
Additionally, if an account is found to have cheated achievements and has been inactive for over a year, it will be placed on No Tracking to conserve scanner resources, no matter their previous tracking level.
Should the profile owner become active again, they can file an appeal for review. These accounts will be marked with the icon on their Gamer Homepage.
The policy below also states: The Investigations Team will only remove up to 1% of the total games played (3 at maximum) from any given profile.
This tells me I should get Spelunky 2 removed from my profile and that should be the end of it. Can we just do that and return my account to full status?
Can someone at TA work with me to get the game removed? I'm honestly fine at this point to just cut the loss with Spelunky 2 and return to TA full access. I've been patiently waiting since Feb 2022 to get this resolved and have had no luck.
