Gunfire Games' latest action-RPG shooter, Remnant II, launched on Xbox Series X|S earlier this week with hundreds of hours of secrets to a positive reception. Despite the positivity, however, some players have run into a few issues while playing, which Gunfire says it "takes incredibly seriously" and is working on fixes "as quickly as possible."

Gunfire Games addresses player concerns regarding Remnant II issues

"Your support and enthusiasm for Remnant II have been truly inspiring. We are aware that a small portion of players have encountered some bugs, ranging in various levels of severity, Gunfire Games says. "We know that encountering bugs and glitches can be frustrating and can hinder your excitement for the game. We take these issues incredibly seriously, and our team is working to identify and address these issues as quickly as possible."

The developer has already fixed a number of progression-blocking bugs in Remnant II, which were affecting players in the Labyrinth and Nightweaver's Web areas. As for the next issues on Gunfire's to-do list, it's currently working on improving Remnant II's overall performance, tackling several other progression blockers and missing items, solving a number of issues with the trait system, attempting to squash some bugs causing crashes on higher-end systems, and more.

You can read about our experience with Gunfire's shooter in our Remnant II first impressions. After letting its predecessor slip by us, we're pleased we didn't make the same mistake with Remnant II.
